Implementing the Right CRM System

Here is a great article written by my boss, James Simpson. James is the director of the Dynamics business in Australia. IT News Australia has just published this article on key considerations when implementing a CRM system and the article discusses local customer examples, like mid-market manufacturer Imaxeon. They switched from Salesforce.com to Microsoft Dynamics CRM 3.0 a couple of years ago. They are about to upgrade to CRM 4.0 and have realised great business benefits from their Dynamics CRM implementation.

Read on at: http://www.itnews.com.au/Feature/4556,guest-column-implementing-the-right-crm-system.aspx
