The Microsoft Dynamics CRM product team is proud to announce that the release of three new CRM Accelerators occurred in October. You can now download the Partner Relationship Management, the Social Networking and Portal Integration Accelerators.

Portal Integration

The Portal Integration Accelerator easily connects Microsoft Dynamics CRM to an organisation’s Web experience. This release builds on the previously released eService Accelerator engine and expands that engine to allow customers to configure and expose any CRM entity to an external facing portal. This is great for all kinds of applications (particularly xRM ones). It is also great for simple applications that many customer expect out of the box, like “web to lead”.

The installation package contains all source code, documentation and a step-by-step installation video.

Partner Relationship Management (PRM)

This new CRM Accelerator utilises the Portal Integration Accelerator for the partner portal component. The Partner Relationship Management (PRM) Accelerator allows businesses to use Microsoft Dynamics CRM to distribute sales leads and centrally manage sales opportunities across channel partners. It provides pre-built extensions to the Microsoft Dynamics CRM sales force automation functionality, including new data entities, workflow and reports.

Using the PRM Accelerator, companies can jointly manage sales processes with their channel partners through a centralised Web portal, as well as extend this integration to automate additional business processes.

The accelerator installation package contains all source code, customizations, reports, workflows, assemblies, documentation and installation videos.

Social Networking

The Social Networking Accelerator for Microsoft Dynamics CRM allows business professionals to monitor and analyse customers’ conversations on social networking sites, and as a result, provides real-time status updates about their products and services. This first release of the accelerator delivers integration with Twitter; other networks will be introduced in future releases.

The release contains full source code, automated installer, documentation and step-by-step installation and functional videos.

The product team is also hard at work to further refine and evolve our growing library of CRM Accelerators. We want to collect customer and partner evidence of how these CRM Accelerators are helping in the real world.
